* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments will ship how you selected at check out.
* I only ship within the United States and to Canada. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States or Canada please contact us. I can arrange for you to have shipping calculated before making your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
> Given that our items are individually created and even customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. I can not guarantee how some wood may soak up a stain a little different in one area than another, etc. However, we do understand that things happen, especially if it was a flaw in the item before any customization. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
> Sale items and Face Masks are not returnable or refundable.

How Long Does it Typically Take for my Item to Ship?
In stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of us receiving the order. If your item is a special order, or it was backordered, it may take up to 7 days processing time.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
Depending on the volume of orders I am experiencing, I would be happy to expedite your order and have it prepared by a certain date. Please email me directly at rjkoontz80@gmail.com if this is the case. In most cases, there will not be an additional charge. If order volume is high then there could be up to a $10 expediting fee. This is most likely during holiday seasons.
My order is a gift, will a receipt be included in the package?
No. I do not include a receipt in your package. You will receive your receipt by email after you place your order and pay for your purchase.
I am placing an order for a gift, can I include a card?
YES! This is a specialty service I am thrilled to offer! I have a notes section available when you place your order. Please let me know exactly what you would like your card to say. Please include the name of the receiver, any message, and how to write the name of the sender. I will not assume the name should be as written as the purchaser.
